1. How do I access the corporate VPN from home?
Please download the updated OpenVPN configuration profile from the internal shares at \\corp-fs01\IT\vpn_configs\v2_profile.ovpn. Ensure your RSA token is synchronized.
2. I forgot my password for the Staging Database. What do I do?
As per the new security policy, we are no longer using the shared
DevOps@2023! password for staging environments. You must request a temporary credential through the
Access Management Tool.
3. Why is the legacy admin portal still accessible?
The migration to the new React-based dashboard is ongoing. The legacy portal located at
/admin-legacy/ will remain active until Q3 to support older API integrations.
4. How do I generate a new API token for the inventory service?
You can generate a new token via the Developer console. If the console is down, you can use the debug endpoint: GET /api/v1/generate_token?user=your_username&role=developer. Note: Admin roles are restricted on this endpoint.
5. Where can I find the system architecture diagrams?
All technical documentation, including the AWS infrastructure maps and S3 bucket names, are located in the Confluence space under "Project Phoenix".
